30 day return policy after receipt of your package. If you are not satisfied with your product E-mail me any time with in the 30 day return period to make arrangements for return.
Returns must be unopened and ready for resale in order to get a full refund. Opened products can not be resold as new so are subject to a 20% depreciation fee.
Postage is not refundable. Buyer pays return postage. Return postage must be traceable with a delivery confirmation.
Orders can not be canceled once payment has been processed and product has been shipped. canceled orders after processing should be treated as a return. See return policy.
Orders Will generally be shipped 1-4 Working days after confirmed payment.
You will be E-mailed if any products need to be back ordered. Your account will not be charged until product is ready to ship. Shipping is usually USPS priority mail. Its only a few cents more than 1st class and you get your package a lot faster. We are not responsible for shipping damage. Contact the carrier about any shipping damage.
